Shipping.
Orders shipping to the BENELUX are always free. You will receive standard orders usually 1 to 2 business days after receipt of the order. Within the BENELUX we ship orders with DHL

Shortly after collection drops it can come to longer delivery times.

Returns.
You can cancel orders if they are not processed yet. Not the right size? You can return your order within 14 days after receipt and return them to us via DHL.

For returns, you can contact customer service (support@simplicity.amsterdam) so that they can create a return label for you.
